AI TRIATHLON COACH
The AI triathlon coach, sprint to full-distance.
Training for an IRONMAN® or IRONMAN 70.3® race, or any full- or half-distance triathlon? Three sports, one body, one week that has to fit around your life. OmniCoach plans your swim, bike and run together for sprint, olympic, half-distance or full-distance races, and reshapes the week when your sleep or stress says so.
Works with Garmin and Apple Watch.

What OmniCoach does for your triathlon
Swim, bike and run in one plan
Your week is built across all three sports at once, with periodized blocks toward your race. Bricks pair a ride with a short run. Long rides are sized to the hours your week can absorb, four hours by default and yours to change in Settings. Tell OmniCoach how much time you have each day and the plan fits it.
Tests on the calendar
Transition weeks carry a named check for one discipline at a time: an FTP test on the bike, a CSS test in the pool, or a controlled 20-minute threshold check on the run. Your zones update from what you actually did.
A written plan for race day
On Pro, two weeks before your A race you get Plan A, B and C: the watts to hold on the bike and the watts not to go over on each climb, your run pace and heart-rate ceiling, what to eat and drink each hour, wetsuit and gear, and the moments to drop from A to B. Three days out it updates with the forecast.
Adapts every morning
Sleep, HRV, stress and every session feed one readiness call. On a rough day OmniCoach proposes an easier session and moves the key one. The race-eve openers stay exactly as planned.
Your apps don't talk to each other. Your body doesn't care.
A running app doesn't know about Saturday's long ride. A cycling app doesn't know you slept five hours. OmniCoach plans every sport against one load budget: your sleep, your stress, your day and every workout you do. A hike, a gym session or a game with friends still counts, and your plan accounts for it.
Questions
Does it work with Garmin?
Yes. Connect your Garmin account and OmniCoach reads your sleep, stress, HRV and activities. On Pro, your planned workouts go to your Garmin calendar with their targets, so they are on your watch when you head out.
Does it work with Apple Watch?
Yes. OmniCoach reads Apple Health, and on Pro it schedules your run, bike and swim workouts on Apple Watch with their targets. Swim workouts on the watch need iOS 18 or later.
How much does it cost?
OmniCoach is free to download. Free gives you your dashboard, today's workouts and training load, and basic workout suggestions. Pro is $14.99 a month or $119 a year, with a 30-day free trial, and adds daily plans that adapt to your sleep, stress and HRV, weekly periodization toward your goal, workouts sent to your watch and coach chat.
Which triathlon distances does it plan?
Sprint, olympic, half distance (1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, 21.1 km run) and full distance (3.8 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km run). Add your race with its date and OmniCoach sizes the block, the peak weeks and the taper to it.
Can OmniCoach train me for an IRONMAN®?
Yes. Add the race with its date and pick full or half distance, and OmniCoach plans your swim, bike and run toward it.
