When you connect your Garmin account, we receive:

c. Usage Information

• App interactions and feature usage
• Device type and operating system

• Personalized coaching: Generate AI-powered training recommendations based on your total physical load
• Service operation: Authenticate your account, sync data, and deliver core functionality

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• AI providers (Anthropic): Anonymized health summaries are sent to generate coaching recommendations. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
• Infrastructure providers (AWS): Data is stored and processed on secure cloud infrastructure.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Garmin Connect via the Garmin Health API. Your use of Garmin Connect is governed by Garmin's Privacy Policy. We only access Garmin data that you explicitly authorize through the OAuth connection flow.

You have the right to:
