AI RUNNING COACH
The AI running coach that adapts every day.
Pick your race, road or trail, 5K to marathon. OmniCoach builds the weeks between now and race day, then reads your sleep, HRV and stress each morning and decides what today's run should be.
Works with Garmin and Apple Watch.

What OmniCoach does for your running
Paces that are yours
Your pace zones come from your own threshold pace, learned from your runs. Set it by hand and your number wins. Prefer heart rate? Switch a run to heart rate and every run, on screen and on your watch, follows your heart-rate zones instead.
A plan that bends, not breaks
Slept badly, stressed at work, HRV down? OmniCoach proposes a lighter day and moves the key session to when you can absorb it. You see the change and accept it. Nothing moves behind your back.
Mostly easy, hard when it counts
Most of your running stays easy so the quality sessions land. Choose where a block pushes: more easy base, balanced, or more quality work. The weekly load stays the same either way.
Know what race day holds
Your race shows three finish times: pushed hard, dialed back and just finishing, worked out from your own best efforts and threshold. Add optional strength and the lifts land on your hard days, so your easy days stay easy.
Your apps don't talk to each other. Your body doesn't care.
A running app doesn't know about Saturday's long ride. A cycling app doesn't know you slept five hours. OmniCoach plans every sport against one load budget: your sleep, your stress, your day and every workout you do. A hike, a gym session or a game with friends still counts, and your plan accounts for it.
Questions
Does it work with Garmin?
Yes. Connect your Garmin account and OmniCoach reads your sleep, stress, HRV and activities. On Pro, your planned workouts go to your Garmin calendar with their targets, so they are on your watch when you head out.
Does it work with Apple Watch?
Yes. OmniCoach reads Apple Health, and on Pro it schedules your run, bike and swim workouts on Apple Watch with their targets. Swim workouts on the watch need iOS 18 or later.
How much does it cost?
OmniCoach is free to download. Free gives you your dashboard, today's workouts and training load, and basic workout suggestions. Pro is $14.99 a month or $119 a year, with a 30-day free trial, and adds daily plans that adapt to your sleep, stress and HRV, weekly periodization toward your goal, workouts sent to your watch and coach chat.
Can I train by heart rate instead of pace?
Yes. Once OmniCoach knows your threshold heart rate, switch your runs to heart rate on any run workout. The targets on screen and on your watch change together.
Every sport. Every signal. One coach.
